1. You must have a 468x60 banner if you want your site advertise at my splash page or an 88x31 link button if you want your site to be advertised in the right frame of my layout.
2. No piczo, matmice or any pagebuilder sites and freewebs/geocites/.co.nr or any free hosting sites. I only accept domains/subdomains only. Also, no porn/hate sites. They will be ignored.
3. After being accepted, you must also advertise my site on your site. If I don't see my link within 3 days, your link will be removed and you may not reapply unless you have a reason and/or know you very well.
